An Egg-cellent Way to Plan

We went through step one, three, and four of the planning process to building an egg- protection device.

First we came up with three ideas of using the straws to protect the egg, and we decided we need a fast, easy-to-build, and protective design for the egg, so we chose the most suitable idea.

Second, we considered about how the egg will drop, how the straws was going to protect the egg by the side, and how the egg was suppose to land. Therefore, the member who came up with the idea was the one who built it and we were the one who help and directed by him.

Actually, we were all running out of time, so we didn't reconsider, rebuilt and discuss, and we didn't determine our weakness at all. Therefore, I think it is reasonable that we didn't go through step 2 and 5 which was determine our current status vis-a-vis objectives, and implement the plan and evaluate results.

I think we cooperated really well, everyone was helping out, no one was doing nothing, we listened to each other, and we were aware of doing our best!

Biggest Management Problem

The biggest management problem I have in this semester is managing myself to keep up my schedule for school which would affect my groupmate. Well, I didn't seriously face my problem until this semester, when I realized I can't catch up with school work anymore.
I can hardly concentrate on my work, and I can't manage myself to keep up with the schedule that I made. I usually can follow my schedule and finish study for my exams! This semester, I only got four classes as a full time student. However, I can't focus, keep up with my schedules, and I'm lazy(haha, lazy as always!)
The most thing I'm concering is my rate of progress, I'm hoping it won't affect my groupmates (I don't really know them, they'll be blaming me if I did something wrong!) as I have a group project for marketing, and hopefully, I can make it through this semester and manage myself back on track!
Actually, this is affected by my health problem. The doctor told me I had been sick and taking antibiotics for a few years, and it lower my immune system, and because of that I got a lot more health problems in this semester. I wish I can stop taking antibiotics anymore, and so it won't affect my health, my schedule, my grade, and my relationship with my groupmates!

This is Wong, Pui Yung, but i perfer people call me Sonija.
I am from Hong Kong, and I'm 20. I like sleeping, shopping, playing piano, drum, and video games!
I'm a Junior this year, major in Finance, hoping to graduate soon!
The reason that I chose Finance as a major is because I know I'm bad at being a leader, so mangment is not suitable for me. Accounting is too hard for me too! Therefore, I can only think of Finance. LOL!
Actually, I got three blog, not including this one, so I'm not going to decorate this blog.
Anyway, hope we all have fun this semester!
