My result was S the highest, then D the second highest.
I think the result is right! My friend got it right too!
For me, I don't like to be a leader, I only want to complete whoever give me orders, and if I had to be a leader, then I'll probably fail the job. Hence, the S and D totally represented my personality! However, I don't want to be type D because it sounds like the worst type of leader, and I wanted to be type I instead of D because it sounds like a caring and reasonable leader!
Moreover, I guess the test ain't right for somebody, so I don't think is proper to determine people by their mangerment type, furthermore, there must be more than 4 types of mangement right?
Anyway I think the test was fun! I was surprised by the outcome!

I agree with you. you cannot just judge the person by knowing the test result; however, it would be a good tool to get an ideas about the person's pattern of behaviors in situation or how they react to it. those outcome of test depend on how you think you are since you are the one who chose the descriptive words of yourself. So that, you might be seen differently from others. I think you are nice, kind, and supportive person.
